Working closely with Alan to realize his vision, our production team was able to achieve 40,000 listens within a few months using purely organic and word-of-mouth marketing techniques.
Production planning and optimization. We handle guest relations and workflow automation to reduce our client’s per-episode time.
Graphics and video production. For each podcast episode, using a standard visual template, guest headshots, and Headliner, we create ~1-minute videos with waveform and closed captions.
Transcription editing. We automatically generate transcripts for each episode and proof them before they go out as a special added feature. This provided a massive boost to SEO as well as content for a future book.
Light audio mastering. Along with using automated mixing/mastering software, we take steps as necessary to reduce or remove noise, normalize volume, and cut unwanted silences; as well as add intro music, outro music, and advertisements.
Episode descriptions. We write up descriptions and titles for each podcast.
Podcast publication. We publish podcast episodes onto our hosting platfor, and in turn to iTunes, Google Play, and other podcast platforms.
Social media. We generate and schedule social media posts.
